Delivery

Each piece is handmade by Olivia Taylor so please be aware some pieces may take longer than others.

Larger pieces (bracelets/necklaces) are made to order.  Please allow time for the making and hallmarking of these pieces.  Each of these pieces is hallmarked by the Edinburgh Assay Office.  (For sterling silver pieces, the hallmarking will show ‘OT 925 Scotland Edinburgh 2023’).

We currently offer free untracked delivery, Standard UK tracked delivery and Royal Mail Special Delivery. Please note we do not take responsibility for any orders lost using the untracked delivery service.

UK Delivery

Smaller pieces (Earrings, rings, bangles) - 2-5 business days

Larger pieces (bracelets and necklaces) - 10 - 20 business days

UK Special Delivery (Express) is only available on earrings and rings as larger pieces are made to order.

Europe Delivery

Smaller pieces (Earrings and rings) - 4-10 business days

Larger pieces (bracelets and necklaces) - 10 - 25 business days

International Delivery 

Smaller pieces (Earrings and rings) - 7 business days

Larger pieces (bracelets and necklaces) - 10 - 25 business days

Please note these may vary. All European and International orders are fully tracked.

We also give the option to pick up at pop up events too. Get in touch for more info.

Return Policy

Made to order pieces are nonrefundable. 

Earrings are also nonreturnable due to hygiene reasons. 

All other pieces have a 14 day refund period as long as they are unworn. 

If something arrives damaged or broken, please get in touch by contacting hey@oliviataylordesign.com
